Since December 2011, intelliAd has the right to bear the quality label "Fair Company", an initiative of the German publishing group "Handelsblatt". This label is given to companies that commit themselves to comply with rules aiming at a fair treatment of university graduates. Thus these companies may e.g. not transform a vacant full-time position into an internship. Interns on the other hand are to be paid appropriately for their work.
